From inside your, buried corpse

Images of distorted past

In the darkest nights of all
digging deeper in the burial mound
The ground gives away, and I fall.

The darkness overwhelms me
the cold frozen tears of dejection
The bereaving regret, and lost hope
I am blind without direction.

Your cold dead hands grab my arm
I reach down for my machinegun

I try pulling the trigger
but it wont work
my finger is frozen rigor
your eyes turn dark.
